PRIVATE EVENT!!!

Date: Saturday, November 20, 2021
Time: 2 pm – 4 pm, guests arrive at 1:30 pm
Location: Ornery Beer Company Fairfax
Number of Guests: estimate 20-30 (minimum of 10 required)
Event Type: Paint Night
Project/Painting: “Summer Moon” painting
Price: $35 per person, $350 minimum, $100 deposit
Deposit Deadline: ASAP, paid and refunded
Final Headcount and Balance Deadline: Thursday, November 18 by 2 pm

DEPOSIT:
-Your $100 deposit is required to hold the event date. Final headcount/tickets must be made/purchased 48 hours before the event. If headcount/tickets are less than the event minimum, you are required to pay the difference before event is held.
-Your deposit is not refundable from a cancellation but may be applied toward a future private party within 1 year from originally booked date. After 1 year, deposit is forfeited. No refunds are given if attendance is less than final headcount. In case of severe weather conditions, you may reschedule your private party to an open date.

–There’s lots of planning and prep work that goes into our events. Please note the refund and rescheduling policy as noted in the terms and conditions link at checkout or at the bottom of this page. No refunds less than 48 hours before the event and no reschedules less than 24 hours before the event. No changes can be made within 24 hours of the event.
